Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Period: Students may cancel their enrollment in an online computer course within 1 days from the date of enrollment to be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period are eligible for a full refund of the course fees.
  • Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation Process: To cancel enrollment and request a refund, students must submit a cancellation request through their account on our platform or contact our customer support team directly at info@iicacomputereducation.com.

4. Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.

5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the course enrollment.

6. No-Show Policy: Failure to access or participate in the course does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. It is the responsibility of the student to actively engage with the course materials and assignments.

7. Course Completion: Cancellation of enrollment does not remove access to course materials already provided. Students who cancel their enrollment will retain access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description.

8. Non-Transferable: Enrollment in an online computer course is non-transferable. Refunds will only be issued to the original student who enrolled in the course.

9. Course Updates: In the event that a course is updated or revised after enrollment, students will retain access to both the original and updated course materials.

10. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update our Cancellation Policy for online computer courses at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered students via email or through our platform.
